Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Fundaze offers free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the mainland United States.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the mainland United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after being placed. Processing may take longer during weekends, holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.

How long does delivery take?

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where will my order ship from?

Fundaze products may ship from different warehouses located across the United States. Depending on product availability and your delivery address, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking details after the shipping label is created.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

What if part of my order is missing?

Some orders may ship in multiple packages. Please check your tracking information first to see whether another package is still on the way. If all packages have been delivered and something is still missing, please contact us for assistance.


Warranty

Do Fundaze products come with a warranty?

Yes. Fundaze provides limited warranty coverage for eligible products purchased directly from our website. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

What is the warranty period for patio umbrellas?

Fundaze patio umbrellas and canopy products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

What is the warranty period for outdoor furniture?

Fundaze outdoor furniture is covered by a 2-year limited warranty.

What is the warranty period for bedding products?

Fundaze bedding and home textile products are covered for 30 days after delivery.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, improper assembly, accidents, misuse, damage caused by severe weather, cosmetic changes from regular use, unauthorized modifications, or commercial/rental use.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Please contact our customer support team with your order number, product name, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Are Fundaze patio umbrellas suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Fundaze patio umbrellas are designed for outdoor spaces such as patios, decks, gardens, poolside areas, and backyards.

Should I close my patio umbrella during bad weather?
