Return Policy

At Fundaze, we want you to shop with confidence. If something does not work out, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet the conditions below.

Return Window

To be eligible for a return, you must start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.

Once your return is approved, please ship the item back as soon as possible so it arrives at our return facility within 45 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

All returned items are inspected before a refund or replacement is issued. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in the following condition:

  • The product must be in new or unused condition.
  • All original product tags, inserts, accessories, manuals, parts, and components must be included.
  • The product must be repackaged in the original manufacturer packaging when applicable.
  • The product should also be returned in the original shipping packaging when possible.

Items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or not returned in acceptable condition may not qualify for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for returns due to personal preference or customer choice, including but not limited to:

  • Changed your mind
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Did not like the color, size, style, or quality
  • Found the item somewhere else
  • No longer need the item

If the return is due to a Fundaze error, defective product, or item damaged upon receipt, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide an appropriate solution.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please log in to your Fundaze account and submit a return request through our return process.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a Fundaze return shipping label.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from Fundaze.

Important Return Label Requirements

Fundaze requires customers to use the return label provided by us for all approved product returns. This helps ensure that your return can be properly tracked, received, identified, and processed.

Because Fundaze may use different return warehouses, using a different label may cause your item to be lost, misrouted, or unidentifiable. In such cases, we cannot guarantee that a refund or replacement can be completed.

If you refuse a shipment as a return method or send an item back without a Fundaze-provided return label, we cannot guarantee a refund. Additional fees may also apply if extra research is required to locate or identify the return.

Please also note that each Fundaze return label is assigned to a specific return. Do not include additional items in the same box unless those items are included in the same approved return. Items requiring separate returns must use their own designated return labels.

Defective Products, Damaged Items, or Fundaze Errors

If your order arrives with a defect, damage, missing part, or an error caused by Fundaze, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make it right by offering one or more of the following solutions:

  • Sending replacement parts or accessories
  • Replacing the product
  • Issuing a refund

For approved returns caused by a Fundaze error or defective product, Fundaze will cover the cost of return shipping.

If the product is inspected and found not to be defective, standard return shipping fees may apply.

In some cases, Fundaze may choose to send a replacement before the original item is returned. If an immediate replacement is provided, the original item must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of return initiation to avoid additional charges for the replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping charges will only be refunded when the return is due to a Fundaze error, defective product, or item damaged upon receipt.

Holiday Return Policy

For purchases made from November 1 through December 31, Fundaze offers an extended holiday return period.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery or by January 31, whichever date is later.

Holiday returns must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of return initiation.

All returned items must be in their original condition and meet the requirements listed in this Return Policy. All other terms of the Standard Return Policy, including product-specific restrictions and return eligibility requirements, still apply.

For orders placed before November 1, the standard return timeframes apply.
