Warranty Coverage
Fundaze provides limited warranty coverage for eligible products against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
The warranty period varies by product category:

Outdoor Umbrellas & Canopy Products
Fundaze outdoor umbrellas and canopy products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
This may include qualifying issues related to product structure, frame defects, or manufacturing defects.
Outdoor Furniture
Fundaze outdoor furniture is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential outdoor use.
This may include qualifying issues related to product structure, assembly hardware, or manufacturing defects.
Bedding & Home Textile Products
Fundaze bedding and home textile products are covered for 30 days after delivery.
This coverage applies to manufacturing defects or quality issues reported within 30 days of receiving the product.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper assembly, installation, use, or maintenance
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Damage caused by severe weather, storms, strong winds, flooding, fire, or other natural events
- Scratches, stains, fading, discoloration, or cosmetic changes from regular use or outdoor exposure
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations not authorized by Fundaze
- Commercial, rental, institutional, or non-residential use
- Damage caused during moving, storage, or handling after delivery
For outdoor umbrella and canopy products, we recommend closing and securing the product during high winds, storms, or when not in use for extended periods.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the product
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- Photos of the packaging or shipping label, if relevant
Fundaze may request additional information to help review your claim.
Warranty Solutions
If your claim is approved, Fundaze may provide one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- Replacement parts
- Product replacement
- Partial refund
- Other reasonable solution based on the situation
The available solution may depend on the product type, issue, availability of replacement parts, and time since purchase.
Important Notes
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Proof of purchase may be required. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, secondhand marketplaces, resale platforms, or other third-party sources may not be covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not replace or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
